Sealed Bids will be received by the Council of the City of Aberdeen, SD (“Owner”), at the office of the City Finance Officer, Auditor Division 123 S. Lincoln Street, Aberdeen, SD 57401 until 2:00o'clock p.m. local time., on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, for the construction of the proposed Pretreatment Sludge System for said Owner, as described in the plans and specifications. Bids will be publicly opened, read, and tabulated on the day and hour specified above, and will be acted upon by the Owner at that time or at such later time and place as the Owner may then determine.
