Intersection Re-Opened - 3rd Ave. SE & S. Dakota St.

INTERSECTION RE-OPENED:   Beginning at 9am on Wednesday, September 13th, the following intersection will be re-opened to thru traffic:          

3rd Ave. SE & S. Dakota St. 

The intersection will be re-opened at the same time as the intersection of 1st Ave. SE & S. Dakota St. will be closed.
