Mayor Travis Schaunaman is owner of the design agency Production Monkeys and was named Aberdeen's 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year.
He is passionate about the community's family-friendly opportunities and strong history of entrepreneurialism, choosing to become mayor with the goal of ensuring that Aberdeen remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
He is an advocate for smaller government, job creation, and is a strong supporter of quality community growth. Mayor Schaunaman is working to promote a welcoming business atmosphere and to retain the area's next generation of leaders.
