Scheduled Clearing of Snow from Parking Lots

Downtown parking lots are designated to be cleaned of snow the second night of snow removal operations. Signs prohibiting parking are posted in the lots at least 12 hours prior to the loading and hauling of the snow.

Ticketing & Towing of Vehicles

Vehicles parked in the lots after clean-up starts will be ticketed and towed. Vehicles that are ticketed are fined per ordinance in effect.

Owners who need to locate their towed vehicles may contact the Police Department at 605-626-7000 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
