Registration for all Winter/Spring Classes will begin Monday, January 4. Programs are filled on a first-pay, first-served basis, preregistration by the published deadline is required. Payment can be made by credit or debit card by phone or by check or cash in person. Online Registration also available.  All classes are subject to 6.5% sales tax. TEEN WHEEL THROWN POTTERY


Absolute beginners will gain knowledge and skills to throw pots on a potter’s wheel, while those with experience can learn ways to improve skills. Ages 13 and up.

INTRO TO PLUSH TOY MAKING


Learn how to create your very own soft plush toy. This class is great for crafters of all skill levels. You will be able to create marvelous creatures out of your own art work, learn how to draw out your creature to make the pattern, and how to put it all together. By the end of this class you will have your own adorable and individual plush toy designed and sewn by you, as well as learning some useful and simple hand stitching techniques. Ages 8 and up.

INTRO TO NEEDLE FELTING


Learn the basic techniques of needle felting from the tools and materials used in the making of basic shapes. Once participants are familiar with the process, you'll be able to make an adorable little woodland creature. Ages 10 and up.

NEW! CROCHETING - GRANNY SQUARES TO START


In this crochet class, we’ll go over how to select different yarns, yarn weights and their different uses, which crocheting hooks to use. Cassandra with teach participants a basic chain stitch, and demonstrate single, double, and half-double crochet and the slip stitch! Learn how to work in rows, keep your crochet on track and troubleshoot rows gone wrong, and become comfortable reading patterns! With you your newly gained crocheting skills create a lovely granny square blanket you’ll be proud give away, or display. This class is perfect for a total newbie or as a refresher if it’s been a while since you had your hands on your hooks. Ages 12 and up.
