The K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library meeting rooms may be available free of charge for use by non-profit organizations or individuals for educational, cultural, charitable or public service activities at the discretion of library officials.
Meeting rooms are also available to for-profit local businesses and organizations to use for a nominal fee that will help support the Library. View the Fee Schedule.
At this time, only bottled water is allowed to be served in the community rooms by any group. As a courtesy, due to this limitation, the food and beverage deposit will be waived by the Public Library. If you plan on providing bottled water during your event, please indicate yes on the reservation form.
Use of the room is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis after submission of a Community Room Reservation Request Form. The form must be completed by an adult with a valid K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library card. Reservations must be approved by library officials.
In case of cancellation, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to event. You may call the Community Room Coordinator at 605-626-7097 or complete the Reservation Cancellation Form.
