Women’s Morning Exercise is currently not being held due to COVID-19. The Washington Street Gym will however be open for walking and stretching on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. No formal instruction will be offered and no fees will be charged. Please note masks are required.
WALK FOR HEALTH
Any day, Monday through Friday, come to the Washington Street Gym at 401 North Washington Street and walk for your health. The gym will be open between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (Noon). There is no charge. The Gym will be closed on days when Senior Nutrition does not serve meals. Please note masks are required for walking.
PiYo is athletic training that is influenced by Pilates and Yoga. Use your own body weight as resistance and combine the stretch of yoga with the core strengthening of Pilates to streamline and define your muscles, while building strength and flexibility in your athletic ability.
