Washington Street Gym
WOMEN’S MORNING EXERCISE
Join us in this class of general exercise that emphasizes flexibility and general fitness. Registration will be taken at the first class. Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

WALK FOR HEALTH
Any day, Monday through Friday, come to the Washington Street Gym at 401 North Washington Street and walk for your health. The gym will be open between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. There is no charge. The Gym will be closed on days when Senior Nutrition does not serve meals.
SENIORS OPEN GYM
The Washington Street Gym will be open for seniors to shoot hoops and play basketball. Come give it a try!

Aberdeen Recreation and Cultural Center
PiYo is athletic training that is influenced by Pilates and Yoga. Use your own body weight as resistance and combine the stretch of yoga with the core strengthening of Pilates to streamline and define your muscles, while building strength and flexibility in your athletic ability. High intensity, yet low impact, this workout is ideal for anyone looking to add variety to their routine, gain strength and mobility at the same time, or begin implementing a core strengthening program. This is a class that combines energy, movement and flow into yoga and Pilates!

Ballet is a beautiful, graceful dance that leaves your body feeling stretched and strong. Students with little or no experience are welcome in this class, tights and leotards are optional!
Grades 9 and up.
