PiYo is athletic training that is influenced by Pilates and Yoga. Use your own body weight as resistance and combine the stretch of yoga with the core strengthening of Pilates to streamline and define your muscles, while building strength and flexibility in your athletic ability. High intensity, yet low impact, this workout is ideal for anyone looking to add variety to their routine, gain strength and mobility at the same time, or begin implementing a core strengthening program. This is a class that combines energy, movement and flow into yoga and Pilates!
