Registration for all Summer Classes will begin Tuesday, May 5, 2020. Programs are filled on a first-pay, first-served basis, preregistration by the published deadline is required. WOMEN’S MORNING EXERCISE
Join us in this class of general exercise that emphasizes flexibility and general fitness. Registration will be taken at the first class. Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

WALK FOR HEALTH
Any day, Monday through Friday, come to the Washington Street Gym at 401 North Washington Street and walk for your health. The gym will be open between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. There is no charge. The Gym will be closed on days when Senior Nutrition does not serve meals.
PiYo is athletic training that is influenced by Pilates and Yoga.

Experience the rich, American tradition of tap dance alongside a variety of music from various countries, genres, and time periods including jazz standards and hits of today. Classes focus on strong fundamentals, improvisation skills, and rhythm. Beginning through advanced students are welcome. Shoes are available for sale and loan at the ARCC.
