• Hazardous material releases
• Indoor air quality, which is limited to oxygen, combustible vapors, and common toxins
• Odors, including carbon monoxide, sewer gas, flammable or combustible vapors, and common toxins
• Phase I site assessment history information
• Underground and above-ground fuel storage tank removals
