Description of Services

Aberdeen Fire and Rescue / Advanced Care Ambulance have five licensed ambulances that are staffed by a minimum of two out-of-hospital health care providers, one or more of which is a paramedic. Aberdeen Fire Rescue provides a wide array of assessments and treatments that include but are no way limited to this list of available services.

How to Request a Copy of Your Records

Ambulance records can be requested by contacting our Collection Specialist/Administrative Assistant at 605-626-7045.

To request a copy of your ambulance record, an Authorization for Release of Health Records form must be completed. If someone other than the patient requests health information, legal forms of representation are required.

Billing Information

Ambulance claims are generated through our Collection Specialist/Administrative Assistant. Any questions or concerns regarding your ambulance bill can be directed to 605-626-7045.
