Coloring is NOT just for kids! Studies have shown that coloring, even as an adult, has tremendous mental health benefits. We provide the coffee, colored pencils, markers and pens and a variety of adult coloring designs. If you want a little more direct involvement, try your hand at Zen tangle – directed doodling! Break away from the old adult stigma that coloring and doodling are for kids and join us for some mindless creativity. This is a Drop-In Activity. No Charge.
Dates: Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. – Noon

Getting more fiber can be good for you! No, not that kind of fiber, but the stringy and wooly kind! The ARCC “Fyberspace” is a place to explore different fiber projects in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere where you can try out a variety of projects featuring our little fiber buddies. Lose your cares by getting lost in an art project while getting a “fiber fix” through a project that could include felting, working with threads, hemp, jute, cloth, wood, and other fibers.
No Charge. This is a Drop-In Activity.
Dates: 2nd Tuesday: January – April
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Facilitator: Crystal Harper
