Women's Morning Exercise

PiYo is athletic training that is influenced by Pilates and Yoga. Use your own body weight as resistance and combine the stretch of yoga with the core strengthening of Pilates to streamline and define your muscles, while building strength and flexibility in your athletic ability. High intensity, yet low impact, this workout is ideal for anyone looking to add variety to their routine, gain strength and mobility at the same time, or begin implementing a core strengthening program. This is a class that combines energy, movement and flow into Yoga and Pilates.

Pilates Mat ClassesPilates is a non-impact, body conditioning class. The Pilates method is an exercise focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk. Students will learn proper breathing and body alignment, improve concentration and keep muscle tone longer.

Walk For Health
Monday through Friday, come to Washington Street Gym at 401 North Washington Street and walk for health. The gym will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and there is no charge.
Seniors Open Gym
The Washington Street Gym will be open for seniors to shoot hoops and play basketball. Come give it a try! Available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am to 12:30 p.m. Runs January 12-March 24, 2016. No charge.
